Program structure and topics

This program is 100 percent online: no campus visits are required.

Online courses have varying lengths. Semester courses are 8 or 16 weeks in length, and start and end on specific dates. Self-paced courses let you enroll anytime, work at your own pace and take up to six months to finish each course.

Admissions & Requirements

To be accepted to this program, you must have:

  1. Completed at least 24 credit hours of applicable college course work, including the equivalent of MATH 1100 or ENGLSH 1000 with a grade of C- or better.
  2. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 in your transfer college course work. If you are transferring from an MU System school (UMSL, S&T, UMKC) the minimum cumulative GPA is 2.0.
  3. If English is not your native language, please submit a TOEFL score of at least 79 (internet-based test), an IELTS score of at least 6.5, a Pearson Test of English (PTE) score of at least 59 or a Cambridge C1 Advanced score of at least 195.
